How do I return or exchange my order? Use our easy Exchange Form!
We guarantee 100% satisfaction and offer a first-class return and exchange policy. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
All merchandise must be unworn, returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including all original tags where applicable or there may be additional restocking fees deducted.
To return your order, please follow these simple steps:
Use our easy Return Form or contact our dedicated customer support team at email@example.com and let them know you would like to return or exchange your order. Please include your order confirmation number and our team will send you a return shipping label. The next steps are easy, print your label, tape it on the outside of the box or package, and drop it off at your local carrier's store.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. To make shipping a return easier, we offer an easy, pre-paid $6.99 shipping label for customers located in the CONTINENTAL US. The $6.99 cost for the label will be deducted from the total refund or credit issued and additional charges may be applied for over-sized/heavier items.

It typically takes 1-3 days to fully process your return or exchange after it arrives to our fulfillment center. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately once your return or exchange has been processed and a refund or credit has been issued.
